Vacation relief for grooming salon management is available! Shannon opened her first salon at age nine, has owned salons for two decades, and has trained thousands of groomers in her grooming schools. She is a Certified Master Groomer through IPG and NDGAA. So don’t fret…she can most certainly handle your salon while you are away! She and Dennis can even stay on-site in their RV and take care of your own pets, if needed!
Multiple Groomer Salons
Love take a break and get away from it all, but don’t know what to do about your groomers while you are gone? Who will manage them? Whether you have employees or independent contractors, they can “man the ship” while you get away and take time for yourself! They will manage your salon for you: appointment scheduling, bank deposits, employee and/or customer disputes, ordering, payroll, and putting out fires…no problem! They will step into your management role so you can step out…and not worry about a thing! (Please note that although Shannon is a Certified Master Groomer, she does not offer fill-in groomer services. The relief services are management-based only.) They are trained to handle any kind of emergency that might transpire in your facility, from medical to Mother Nature! For around $300 per day (plus travel expenses), let them worry so you don’t have to!
One Groomer, Mobiles, or Home Salons:
Shannon does not offer fill-in grooming services…However, if you have a small salon, mobile unit, or work out of your home, she offers an affordable solution! For around $40 per day, your calls will be forwarded to her call center service where your salon calls will be answered by a LIVE groomer (often by Shannon personally!) who can make appointments, or just take a list of clients to call back when you return! You can turn off your phone and enjoy your days off! Your clients will be handled with top-notch customer service skills, so you can relax and not worry about “damage control” when you return!
