Having a “vacation relief” team taking care of your life’s work can be a very scary proposition! Please rest assured that everything will be done to insure your facility, clients and their pets will be treated in the professional manner which they’ve always been treated.

So here is how the process works:

1.  Figure out your vacation dates, and fill out the contact form

Shouldn't you be out there?

2. You will then be contacted by phone to discuss your needs and to see if their services would be good fit!

3. You will be provided with paperwork for you to complete and return with your payment to secure the dates.

4.  Start packing!

5.  They will arrive on-site a day or two prior to your departure for one last run-through before you go.

6.  Then, get going and leave your worries behind!  Your facility will continue on as if you were there!

How far in advance to I have to make arrangements?

Of course sooner is always better than later!  However, the best option to is to contact Dennis and Shannon to check availability regardless of the dates, or situation!  They are here to help!

How much will the daily rate be?

Typically the daily rate is $400 for boarding kennels and $300 for grooming salons; however, this can vary slightly, depending upon the specific needs of each client.  However, all relief services are paid in advance, so the rate will be quoted up front-no surprises!

How much will the travel expenses be?

You will be charged actual travel expenses, be it a mileage charge within the US, or coach airfare fees for non-US clients or in emergency situations.  If they travel via their RV in the states, there will be no on-site accommodation charge.  For overseas clients or emergency situations, hotel and transportation/car rental fees (if no vehicle is provided) will apply for the duration of the relief.  Please keep in mind that they will be mindful and considerate to keep these fees to a minimum.

When will my coverage dates be confirmed?

As soon as your completed paperwork is processed and your payment is received, your dates are confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cashier’s checks or personal checks, and also Visa/MasterCard, or PayPal (please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card and PayPal payments).

What is the cancellation policy?

Because of the nature of this type of service, refunds are rarely processed. In rare cases a voucher will be issued for same number of relief days to be utilized in the future, for extreme situations only.  This decision will be left solely to Dennis and Shannon’s discretion. Therefore, in general it is a no-refund policy.
